When I accepted the position as Director of Pensacola International Airport, I knew how important a vibrant airport was to the continued growth of our community.

I also realized that our success would depend on two things: Having a well defined plan while securing the community buy-in needed to propel us on the journey between where we are today and where we wish to be in the future.

In 2023, we embarked on a strategic planning process aimed at meeting both of these goals. Over a several month period, we gathered input from community stakeholders, conducted in-depth research needed to define the airport’s long-term objectives and produced a strategic plan that outlines how we will achieve these goals over the next five years.

We are committed to keeping the public informed and engaged, and will update this website with information, resources and opportunities to make your voice heard.

Our community is positioned for a bright future, and the airport is a vital part of this story. I invite you to come along for the ride!

Planning for Growth with the Community.

A united community helps us reach our highest aspirations. As we define our five year strategic plan, Pensacola International Airport engaged key stakeholders in conversation to gain expert perspectives to inform this process and be heard. With a stakeholder dialogue featuring many civic, business and nonprofit leaders and a survey collecting responses from across the county, we have heard from many diverse perspectives.
